Međunarodna edukacija u Barceloni – Zajedno za više žena u sportu! 
Od 21. do 24. rujna 2026. sudjelovali smo na međunarodnoj edukaciji za trenere i igrače u Barceloni, u sklopu projekta usmjerenog na osnaživanje žena i promicanje njihove uloge u sportu.
Tijekom ova četiri dana imali smo priliku učiti i razmjenjivati iskustva.
Poseban naglasak stavljen je na razvoj novih metoda rada, jačanje kompetencija žena u sportu te planiranje aktivnosti koje ćemo nakon edukacije prenijeti u naše klubove i lokalne zajednice.

International Training in Barcelona – Together for More Women in Sport! From 21 to 24 September 2026, we took part in an international training for coaches and players in Barcelona, as part of a project focused on empowering women and promoting the role of women in sport.
During these four days, we had the opportunity to learn, exchange experiences.
A special focus was placed on developing new working methods, strengthening the competences of women in sport, and planning activities that we will bring back to our clubs and local communities after the training.

What project aims to do:
Develop methodologies to fight sexist & discriminatory behavior Support active & former female athletes on their path to coaching Share best practices on women in coaching from 6 countries Raise awareness of the challenges and power of female coaches
The project includes:
Study visits, trainings, toolkits, and an EU-wide awareness campaign
Running from December 2025 to November 2027 in
