U okviru projekta Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports, organizirali smo fokus grupu s trenericama naših klubova. Cilj fokus grupe bio je identificirati ključne izazove s kojima se suočavaju žene u trenerskim ulogama, prikupiti iskustva vezana uz diskriminaciju, podršku i razvoj karijere te definirati edukacijske potrebe i preporuke za razvoj priručnika za obuku trenerica.

Razviti metodologije za borbu protiv seksističkog i diskriminirajućeg ponašanja Podržati aktivne i bivše sportašice na njihovom putu do trenerskog posla Razmjena dobrih praksi o ženama u trenerskom poslu između 6 zemalja Podizanje svijesti o izazovima i važnosti položaja žena u trenerskim ulogama

As part of the Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports project, we organized a focus group with female coaches from our member clubs. The focus group aimed to identify the key challenges faced by women in coaching roles, to collect experiences related to discrimination, support, and career development, and to define educational needs and recommendations for developing a training manual for female coaches.
Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports is here to change the game for women in sports! Led by Barcel’hona Sport Events in collaboration with KOM 018 (Serbia), IWA Sport (Ireland), Futebola (Portugal), RSZZ – Handball Federation of Zagreb County (Croatia) and Educazione Benessere (Italy), this transnational project aims to break down barriers and build up female coaches in team sports across Europe.
