U okviru projekta Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports, organizirali smo fokus grupu na kojoj su sudjelovali predstavnici različitih dionika sportskog sustava, uključujući predstavnike klubova, voditelje klubova, predstavnike saveza, dok smo intervjuom obuhvatili predstavnika skupštine Zagrebačke županije i predsjednika Zajednice športskih udruga grada Zaprešića te predsjednika Nadzornog odbora rukometnog saveza Zagrebačke županije. Cilj fokus grupe bio je prikupiti stavove ključnih dionika o trenutnom položaju žena trenerica, identificirati strukturne prepreke i procijeniti ulogu institucija u unapređenju rodne ravnopravnosti u sportu. Dobiveni nalazi služe kao važna osnova za definiranje preporuka i razvoj edukacijskih programa.

As part of the Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports project, we organized a focus group with the participation of representatives of various stakeholders in the sports system, including club representatives, club managers, federation representatives, while we interviewed a representative of the Zagreb County Assembly and the President of the Association of Sports Associations of the City of Zaprešić, as well as the President of the Supervisory Board of the Zagreb County Handball Federation. The aim of the focus group was to collect the views of key stakeholders on the current position of female coaches, identify structural obstacles and assess the role of institutions in promoting gender equality in sports. The findings obtained serve as an important basis for defining recommendations and developing educational programs.
