U okviru projekta Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports, organizirali smo fokus grupu s igračicama 14-18 godina kako bi čuli njihovo mišljenje o trenutnom položaju žena u rukometu, utvrdili njihove potrebe, postojanje prepreka te motivaciju za nastavak igračke karijere kroz poziciju trenera ili kroz neku uprvljačku funkciju – sve kako bismo izradili kvalitetnu studiju kojom bi pokrili stvarne potrebe mladih sportašica diljem europe

Razviti metodologije za borbu protiv seksističkog i diskriminirajućeg ponašanja Podržati aktivne i bivše sportašice na njihovom putu do trenerskog posla Razmjena dobrih praksi o ženama u trenerskom poslu između 6 zemalja Podizanje svijesti o izazovima i važnosti položaja žena u trenerskim ulogama

As part of the Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports project, we organized a focus group with female players aged 14-18 in order to hear their opinion on the current position of women in handball, determine their needs, the existence of obstacles, and the motivation to continue their playing career through the position of a coach or through a coaching function – all in order to create a quality study that would cover the real needs of young female athletes across Europe .

What project aims to do: Develop methodologies to fight sexist & discriminatory behavior Support active & former female athletes on their path to coaching Share best practices on women in coaching from 6 countries Raise awareness of the challenges and power of female coaches The project includes: Study visits, trainings, toolkits, and an EU-wide awareness campaign Running from December 2025 to November 2027 in Co-funded by the European Union Because every team deserves the leadership of strong, skilled, empowered women.
